1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 66bb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 66bb website located at https://66bb.vu, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and any other features or functionality made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 66bb platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access or use the 66bb platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that they also meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 66bb platform, including the web browser version accessed via mobile or desktop, and any future downloadable application versions that 66bb may release.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 66bb platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of their account use:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 66bb operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 66bb or any of its partner game studios.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 66bb platform or had a 66bb account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.

66bb reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, 66bb will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. If age verification reveals that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any amounts already wagered), and any winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access betting and gaming services on 66bb, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered to your bKash or Nagad account.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including during identity verification — is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 66bb platform. If 66bb identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual by any means — including but not limited to matching name, address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals on the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 66bb will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 66bb immediately at [email protected]. 66bb will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

66bb may at any time request documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable documents may include a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 66bb may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66bb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 66bb supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 66bb wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 66bb does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transaction charges. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. 66bb aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the account have been fully met. 66bb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Refused Transactions

66bb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction originates from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name. In such cases, 66bb will notify the player and may request additional documentation before permitting further transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 66bb offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 66bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at 66bb are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the player must have a fully verified account and make a minimum first deposit of ৳500. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will expire.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

66bb actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"). If 66bb determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 66bb platform are subject to individual game rules supplied by the respective game studios or sports data providers. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

• RNG Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Results are final once generated and cannot be reversed except in the case of a documented technical malfunction.
• Live Casino: Results from live dealer games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) are determined in real time and are final as declared by the dealer and confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session in question.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market conditions stated at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal by the governing body, bets will be settled according to 66bb's standard sports rules.
• Void Bets: 66bb reserves the right to void any bet placed using erroneous odds, on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, or where a technical error has materially affected the betting market.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply and vary by game category. These limits are stated within the relevant game interface or betting market and are subject to change.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66bb platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live table games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassment toward 66bb staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions imposed on your account, including self-exclusion periods.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

66bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• A self-exclusion request received from a recognised third-party responsible gambling programme on the player's behalf.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notice to the registered email address.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, less any pending bonus wagering obligations. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 66bb support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 66bb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

66bb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any service interruption, technical malfunction, network failure, or downtime affecting the platform that is outside of 66bb's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Loss arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms or in violation of applicable law.
• Decisions made by game providers' systems regarding game outcomes, which are final and outside of 66bb's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 66bb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

66bb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 66bb will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the registered email address on file.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 66bb platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
